In partnership with my Management Team, Governing Body, Parent Leaders and Community Partners, we develop and implement ambitious goals that positively impact the lives of all individuals that are the recipient of our services.

Mashelle is a former Head Start parent. She found our program years ago a knew what a difference it. She decided right away to be apart of us making that difference.

Jan Austin

HR & Grants Manager

Jan has a beautiful history with our agency. One of our centers is actually named after her mother Bernice Coffield. Her favorites employee to work with is Marcus Sparenberg.

Lara Scharf

Family Services & Health Manager

Lara has been with the comapny for over 19 years. She enjoys working with the families to support children's lifelong educational journey. She was also a Headstart Parent herself.

One of the original staff members starting over 35 years ago. Mildred started as a teacher assistant and has worked her way up to Manager.

Debbie Owen

Early Headstart Manager

Debbie has been with the company for many years and has grown to be a valuable part of our family. She currently is running Washington Heights Center as well as managing the Early Head Start department.

Lori Llamas started out as a parent and turned into and amazing employee who is always ready to get her hands dirty and help out where she can.
